2022 Summer Hip-Hop Intensive

 

Peaches Dance and Music Orlando is proud to offer our 2022 Summer Hip-Hop Dance Intensive.  Join our PDC Staff and Special Guests for 1 week of intensive training in Hip-Hop. Dancers will learn varying styles and genres of Hip-Hop Technique and Choreography with our PDC Staff Stephanie Arborn and Special Guests throughout the week.  This Beginner/Intermediate intensive is designed to further explore the genres and movements of Hip-Hop and Choreography beyond the skill set of a traditional recreational style class.

Hip-Hop Company Auditions

Our Hip-Hip company will hold an open audition for all interested intermediate/advanced level hip-hop dancers. Students should have excellent performance and showmanship skills and be well skilled in the styles and genres of hip-hop taught at the Hip-Hop intensive. Required Classes: Students accepted to Hip-Hop Company must take a weekly Hip-Hop, and Ballet or Jazz Class outside of the scheduled rehearsal hour for company rehearsal.  Students are required to attend the 1 week hip-hop intensive in order to audition for Hip-Hop Company.

 

 

Ages 7 to 10:

Audition Date – Friday July 1st, 2022

4:30pm to 5:30pm

Audition Schedule:

4:00pm to 4:30pm – Technical Skill Work and Across the Floor

**A cut will be made following the Skill Work and Across the Floor. Students asked to stay will have the following schedule:

4:30pm to 5:30pm – Choreography

 

Ages 11 to 18:

Audition Date – Friday July 1st, 2022

2:00pm to 3:00pm

Audition Schedule:

2:00pm to 2:30pm – Technical Skill Work and Across the Floor

**A cut will be made following the Skill Work and Across the Floor. Students asked to stay will have the following schedule:

2:30pm to 3:00pm – Choreography
